The Las Palmeiras project is a unique residential building, located in the heart of the most developed area of Leça da Palmeira. The building is composed of different typologies being T1 / T2 The project is a combination of great location, modern apartments and accessibility. Las Palmeiras provides an experience with more refinement, in a mixture between a modern city, growing and a quiet and sunny environment that of the beach. Leça da Palmeira is a charming town in the north of Porto city, with well-known beaches, the famous Exponor international fairgrounds and one of the busiest nautical ports in Europe. A few hundred years ago, its mostly rural population began to make use of the water resources around the city and began fishing and shipbuilding.
