In the residential area, we focus on the luxury market in prime areas, where we have sold the best properties.

In 2007 we decided to also invest in downtown Porto and its urban rehabilitation.

In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and over the years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of the historic center of Porto.

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz coast, where we opened a highly visible KA flagship.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs and launched the first KA magazine.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s find homes for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.

In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023 we will begin our participation in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
