In the evocative scenery of the Tuscan countryside, one finds this splendid estate, completely renovated and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in production. A driveway bordered by cypresses leads to the heart of the property, which presents itself as an ancient village, surrounded by a breathtaking view of the park and the surrounding hills. The wonderful structure is made up of 5 main buildings plus auxiliary structures dedicated to the production of olive oil and other services, for a total of approximately 2,700 sq. m. of area on a plot of 34 hectares. The main villa is spread over three levels and hosts various convivial spaces: we find large lounges with fireplace, a reception, an equipped kitchen, a cinema room and five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Carefully restored in Tuscan style, with double height ceilings, exposed wooden beams, combined with natural stone and marble elements. However, absolutely modernized by new technologies, it is perfect for hosting the most demanding guest in a luxurious, comfortable and elegant environment. The beautiful outdoor area is the real jewel of the structure, in addition to the vineyard and olive grove, it is embellished by the tennis court, the golf course and the paddock for walking with horses. Lucca, a fortified town rising amidst vineyards and olive trees in the hills of Tuscany, is one of the main art cities in Italy.
