Il restauro dell’edificio è stato realizzato con pietra naturale e legno creando una villa moderna, ben attrezzata e decorata in stile tradizionale.
Tutte le opere in pietra sono splendidamente rifinite e completamente trattate per resistere all’umidità.
La pietra è un rinfrescante cambiamento rispetto al tipo di costruzione più moderno che offre interni freschi durante i caldi mesi estivi e un meraviglioso aspetto tradizionale.
