Elviria-Cabopino occupies one of the most sought-after stretches of Marbella’s eastern coastline, where low-density residential development sits within mature pine forests that run almost to the shoreline. The area has a quieter, more residential character than the Golden Mile or Puerto Banús, attracting buyers who prioritise space, greenery, and proximity to the sea over nightlife. Marbella town is reachable in around 20 minutes by car via the AP-7 or the coastal N-340. Málaga city centre is approximately 55 kilometres west, with a drive of around 45 minutes. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is roughly 40 kilometres away and handles direct routes to most major European cities, with journey times from the airport to Elviria-Cabopino typically under 40 minutes.
