Elviria is one of Marbella East’s most established and sought-after residential enclaves, set among umbrella pine forests between the town centre and the marina at Cabopino. The area has a distinctly quieter, more residential character than the Golden Mile, attracting a mix of long-term international residents and families who value space and greenery without sacrificing proximity to Marbella’s core. Low-density development, wide private roads, and mature landscaping give Elviria a settled, unhurried quality that newer developments along the coast cannot replicate.

Day-to-day needs are well covered. The Elviria commercial centre has supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafés within a short drive. Nikki Beach and Cala del Moral are the closest beach clubs. Cabopino marina, roughly five minutes east, offers waterfront dining and a small yacht harbour. Several international schools, including Laude San Pedro International College, are within a fifteen-minute drive.

Marbella town centre is approximately ten to twelve minutes west by car via the A-7. Puerto Banús is around twenty minutes. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is the primary international hub, located roughly forty-five minutes from Elviria by car, with direct connections to most major European cities and seasonal long-haul routes. Gibraltar Airport, offering additional UK connections, is approximately ninety minutes west along the coast.
