There are projects that incorporate a design signature. And there are others where that signature defines the home from within. Ocho de Oro is a collection of only eight boutique villas in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, with an interior design project developed by Versace Home. Each residence is conceived as a complete expression of the Italian brand’s universe: furniture, textiles, finishes, and decorative elements are part of a single identity. On plots of approximately 2,100 m², the villas are distributed over three floors and feature five bedrooms, large entertainment spaces, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean from all levels. A proposal for those who are not simply looking for a contemporary villa in Marbella, but a residence with a unique identity that is difficult to replicate. The distinctive element of Ocho de Oro lies in the collaboration with Versace Home. The interior design is conceived holistically, selecting together with the brand from fixed elements to textiles and furniture to achieve a coherent aesthetic throughout the residence. The most recognizable codes of the Maison —such as Medusa, Greca, or Barocco— are transferred to the residential realm through pieces, materials, and details specifically conceived within the Versace Home universe. It is not about adding design to a finished home. Here, design is part of the project from its conception. Each villa is developed over three levels, with a layout designed to combine private living, gatherings, and entertainment. The residences feature five spacious bedrooms and large indoor and outdoor areas that take advantage of the plots’ positions and open views towards the sea. The project also incorporates a significant dimension dedicated to well-being and private leisure: A home designed so that much of the experience associated with Marbella can be enjoyed without leaving home. Ocho de Oro consists of only eight residences. The combination of this limited edition, the size of its plots, the location in Nueva Andalucía, and the project by Versace Home places the development in a particularly unique segment within Marbella’s new build offerings. Ocho de Oro is located in Nueva Andalucía, one of the most established residential enclaves in Marbella. At the foot of La Concha and close to Puerto Banús, the project allows for a combination of residential privacy with access to some of the main restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, golf courses, and services in the area. Marbella also has a consolidated international community, international schools, and connection to Málaga International Airport, located approximately 40 minutes away according to the developer’s information.
