Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, occupying a broad valley immediately behind Puerto Banus. Long favoured by European buyers seeking privacy without isolation, it combines low-density villa plots with gated apartment communities set against the backdrop of La Concha mountain. The area has a settled, residential character that distinguishes it from the more commercial coastal strip, with mature landscaping, wide internal roads, and a consistent architectural standard across its developments.

The Casino Nueva Andalucia and the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas are both within the enclave. Puerto Banus marina, with its concentration of restaurants including Nobu and Cipriani, is a five-minute drive. The Supersol supermarket on the local commercial strip handles daily shopping. Marbella’s old town is roughly ten minutes by car.

Marbella centre is approximately eight kilometres east via the A-7 coastal road, a journey of around fifteen minutes outside peak hours. Malaga Airport, the main international gateway for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 65 kilometres away and reachable in 45 to 55 minutes by car. The airport serves direct routes to most major European cities, with connections to long-haul hubs at Madrid Barajas, approximately two hours by road or one hour by high-speed rail from Malaga Maria Zambrano station.
