Bah321 — Casa DI Design Sulla Spiaggia DI Algodões, Bahia

Designed by the renowned architect Branca Bronstein, this 188m² house blends elegance, rustic charm, and sophistication in a project that floats on bamboo pillars, as if it were part of the landscape. A true invitation to contemplation and comfort, with integrated verandas, semi-open bathrooms, and details crafted to create a sensory experience surrounded by nature.

Set on a lush 2,411m² plot within a private condominium and just 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Algodões, the house is enveloped by native gardens, an organic vegetable patch, and a meditation and yoga bungalow – which also serves as a green-immersed home office, ideal for those seeking balance between productivity and peace.

There are two spacious suites, each 25m², equipped with split air conditioning, screened windows, and premium beds (King and Queen). One features a generous walk-in closet and a built-in cement bathtub with a direct view of the sky – a unique experience. Both bathrooms include double sinks and double showers, with solar heating and an electric boiler for year-round comfort.

The integrated living area brings nature indoors, with stable internet, two 50” Samsung TVs with Sky and Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: refrigerator, freezer, 6-burner stove, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender, utensils, and selected tableware.

With a sustainable design, the house has a filtration system for everyday water use and a special filter that delivers pure, alkaline, unlimited drinking water. A detail that sums up the essence of this home: conscious comfort, purposeful beauty.
