Manilva occupies the southwestern tip of the Costa del Sol, where the province of Malaga meets Cadiz, with unobstructed views across the Strait of Gibraltar toward the Moroccan coastline and the Rock of Gibraltar. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol with connections across Europe and beyond, is roughly 90 kilometres east, approximately one hour by car via the AP-7 toll motorway.
