Prestigiosa Tenuta A Malgesso

In a secluded location, nestled amongst the greenery of the province of Varese, in Malgesso, we are offering for sale a prestigious estate currently operating as a holiday farm with guest rooms, surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside and set within a natural setting of exceptional beauty. The property enjoys great privacy, while still being conveniently located for access to the province’s major towns and Lake Maggiore.
The estate was fully refurbished in 2022, with work carried out on the interiors and building services, with particular attention paid to comfort and energy efficiency. The property comprises ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, as well as numerous service areas and ancillary rooms, making it a particularly versatile property that is already set up for hospitality operations.
Outside, a large private park surrounds the entire complex and includes an organic orchard and a productive vegetable garden. The outdoor area features a swimming pool of approximately 73 square metres and an elegant gazebo, creating pleasant spaces dedicated to relaxation and socialising. The property also boasts a large car park, with space for over fifty cars.
In the basement, there is a private spa of approximately 500 square metres, complete with a wellness area and gym, designed as a space dedicated to the wellbeing and relaxation of guests and the owners.
The estate is completed by a storage area for agricultural equipment of approximately 200 square metres and a large multi-purpose area, currently set up for conferences, meetings, private events and ceremonies. The presence of these spaces further expands the property’s potential uses, both within the context of its current bed and breakfast operations and for a project focused on hospitality and events.
The property is also equipped with a solar panel system and a rainwater harvesting tank, features that contribute to improving its efficiency and sustainability. The estate is classified as Energy Class B.
A spacious property, offering privacy, well-defined spaces and an intriguing balance between nature, hospitality and wellbeing. The current layout allows for the continuation of the agritourism business, the development of a project in the hospitality and events sector, or the possibility of converting it into a prestigious private residence.
