At the foot of Mont Ventoux, not far from the magnificent town of Vaison la Romaine, this place steeped in history is unique: a former Benedictine priory dating from the 12th century, it still bears the characteristic marks of this period, and was also the home of a renowned French novelist in the late 20th century.
