Villa A Malaga

Cancelada is a well-established residential area within the Estepona municipality, positioned along the western Costa del Sol between Estepona town and Marbella. The area sits at a gentle elevation above the coastline, offering consistent southern exposure and views toward the Mediterranean. It borders the El Paraíso golf corridor, one of the New Golden Mile’s most recognised residential belts, characterised by low-density villa developments, mature landscaping, and a notably quieter character than the busier resort zones to the east.

The beach at Cancelada is a short drive, and the Laguna Village shopping and dining complex on the N-340 is within five minutes. Estepona’s old town, with its covered market, seafront promenade, and restaurants along Calle Real, is approximately ten minutes by car. The El Paraíso golf club is directly adjacent.

Marbella is roughly 20 minutes east along the AP-7 or the coastal N-340. Málaga city centre is approximately 75 kilometres away, around 55 minutes by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is served by direct routes across Europe and handles over 20 million passengers annually. The drive from Cancelada to the airport takes approximately 50 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
