Together with her son and business partner, Tom Smyth, they expanded into Real Estate sales in 1999, ultimately joining the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty brand in 2005. The company eventually moved away from the Villa Rental business to be focused exclusively on Real Estate sales. Their legacy continues as they now have the premier Real Estate agency in St. Barth.
