Santa Severa Luri | Una Proprietà Pieds Dans L'eau, Affacciata Sul Mediterraneo

Some properties stand out for their architecture. Others for their location. Here, it is the place that makes all the difference.

At Santa Severa, in the commune of Luri, discover this rare property, directly situated on the Mediterranean coast, in one of the most preserved environments of Cap Corse.

Fully facing the sea and oriented due East, it benefits from an exceptional setting, with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean and a privileged connection to the coastline.

The property has about 120 meters of coastline, extended by large wooden terraces overlooking the sea. In front of the house, a pretty cove and a beach accessible only by sea enhance the confidential and preserved character of the place.

Built on approximately 1,300 m² of land, the property also includes a garage, notably adapted for storing a watercraft. A pool, currently in need of renovation, as well as a recently stone-clad wall complete the outdoor amenities.

The house

The main house covers about 130 m² and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room.

Two independent studios, each with a sleeping area in a mezzanine, complete the property and offer many possibilities: hosting guests, seasonal rental, or creating independent spaces.

The property totals approximately 170 m² of living space.

The interior requires modernization and gives the future owner the freedom to rethink the layout, materials, and features to create a home that reflects their style.

A location above all

Here, everything rests on something hard to replicate: the setting.

The sea just a few meters away, the morning light, the calm, the vegetation, and that rare feeling of truly being alone facing the Mediterranean.

About 45 minutes from Bastia, this property offers exceptional potential to create a primary, family, or secondary residence in a privileged area of Cap Corse.

A rare property where the Mediterranean is not just viewed from the house: it truly forms the daily backdrop.
