Poggio Verde is a renovated stone farmhouse immersed in the typical landscape of the Umbrian countryside, with an annex, swimming pool and a 2,500 square metre fenced garden/park with tall trees, hedges of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. Air conditioning system installed in 2023.

UTILITIES
All utilities are present. There is also a private well for the irrigation. Each apartment has an autonomous LPG-fueled heating system (with an underground tank). Waste water disposal is guaranteed by dispersion sewage. Satellite TV and Internet Wifi are present in each apartment. Air conditioning in each apartment was installed in 2023.

This property is perfect to be used both as a holiday home for a family made up of several nuclei, and to carry out a hospitality business of short-term rentals of apartments/holiday homes with use of the shared garden and swimming pool.
