The house was built in 2008 with a rural hotel project, supporting the Vía Verde del Aceite.
It is called Los Naranjos and is located in the geographical center of Andalusia. It features typical Andalusian and Nasrid architecture, with approximately 900 square meters built on a plot of about 4000 square meters.

Inside, there are six bedrooms with bathrooms arranged around a cloister and central patio. In total, it has ten bathrooms, a library, gym, wine cellar, and more.

The gardens, as shown in the photos, have distinct areas and several fountains distributed throughout. There is a pool with saline purification.

The house has two types of heating: water radiators and electric heating/cooling, powered by solar panels.

Its proximity to the city of Lucena provides access to all the services of a city with 45,000 inhabitants: leisure, culture, shopping centers, public and private healthcare. There is a regional hospital 8 km away and a private one 2 km away.

The house offers wonderful views of the highest peaks in the province of Córdoba. Due to its features, besides being a permanent residence in its current state, it could also serve other purposes: shared housing for six couples, operation as a rural hotel, or hosting weddings and various events.
