In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and over the years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto’s historic centre.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the coastline in Foz, where we opened a K&A flagship with high visibility.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, began our regular participation in the major real estate fairs, and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get housing for Porto’s homeless.

In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.

In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023 we started participating in international real estate fairs.
