Grande Terreno Con Progetto Approvato Per Costruire Una Villa Con Quattro Camere Da Letto Con Piscina Nel Cuore DI

This large flat plot (1 ha) with almond, olive, fig and carob trees comes with an approved project for a four bedroom ground level villa with terraces and a swimming pool. The plot is centrally located in Almancil, at only minutes from the beaches and golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

There is an existing old, very well positioned house on the plot, towards the north side and at the slightly higher part of the land. The old house has been beautifully incorporated into the design of the new ground level house. The kitchen is located in the old part, the large living room (89m2) is located to the south with views over the garden and swimming pool.

The entrance hall with guest wc connects the living areas with the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a large master suite with dressing area and bathroom. All bedrooms are also south facing. All ceilings are exceptionally high (4m), giving the house a sense of space.

A large calçada (cobble stone) drive way and parking area is located to the north of the house, from where the plot is accessed from the road.

A great opportunity to immediately start building your dream home in the Algarve. The building license is already available!
