Los Monteros House Villa Indipendente

Los Monteros is one of Marbella’s most established and sought-after residential enclaves, occupying a prime stretch of the Costa del Sol coastline east of Marbella’s centre. The urbanization is defined by generous plot sizes, mature landscaping, and a consistent architectural standard that has attracted a discreet international clientele for decades. Its position directly on the beachfront, combined with 24-hour gated security across much of the area, gives it a character that is both private and genuinely coastal.

La Cabane Beach Club sits at the foot of the urbanization and serves as the social anchor for residents. The Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotels, with their restaurants and beach facilities, are a short drive west along the N-340. Puerto Banús is approximately ten minutes by car. Marbella’s old town and its covered market on Calle Huerta Chica are around fifteen minutes away.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is approximately 45 kilometres west of Los Monteros, typically a 35 to 40 minute drive via the AP-7 toll motorway. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations. Marbella has no rail connection, so the car is the primary mode of transport locally. Málaga city centre, with its high-speed AVE rail links to Madrid in under two hours, is around 55 kilometres from the urbanization.
