Centro Commerciale Upper | Hammersmith W6

A fabulous Victorian house (2,757 sq. ft. / 256 sq. m. including loft space) with uninterrupted, panoramic views of the River Thames. The house provides excellent accommodation over three floors with the first-floor drawing room enjoying a quite sensational, wide view over the river from a bay window. The house has a large attic space which could, subject to the usual planning permissions, be developed to create further accommodation. Upper Mall is a private residential road (adopted by the local authority) positioned between Hammersmith and Chiswick with a good choice of public transport, schools and pubs, including The Dove; a historic, record breaking (for the smallest bar room in the world) establishment on the river. A fine array of shops and restaurants on King Street are a short walk away.
