Terra Llucmajor

Cala Pi and Vallgornera form one of the most protected and low-density residential enclaves on Mallorca’s southern coast, within the municipality of Llucmajor. The coastline here is defined by dramatic limestone cliffs, pine-covered terrain, and a series of narrow inlets with clear water. Development is tightly restricted, which has preserved the area’s character and kept density exceptionally low. Views across to the island of Cabrera, a protected marine national park, are a defining feature of front-line positions in this enclave.

Daily essentials require a short drive, with the town of Llucmajor approximately 15 kilometres away offering supermarkets, banks, and local restaurants. The resort of Sa Rapita and the marina at Colonia de Sant Jordi are within 20 minutes by car. Palma’s dining and retail options are roughly 40 minutes away.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 35 to 40 kilometres from Cala Pi, reachable in under 40 minutes by car via the Ma-19 and Ma-6014 roads. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections during summer. There is no rail or bus service directly serving this enclave, making a private vehicle essential for residents.
