Additionally, there is the owner’s house with a separate driveway offering 200m2 of living space with a 220m2 basement and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest bathroom. A huge equestrian complex with two 20 x 60 metre dressage arenas, a 50 x 70 metre show jumping arena, and an exclusive 20 x 60 metre indoor riding arena, allowing for riding pleasure at the highest level.

Space for a total of 50 horses, housed in five U-shaped stables, each with ten boxes and two tack rooms. Inside the U-shaped stables are grooming and washing areas so that the horses are well cared for before and after riding. The complex is rounded off by a perfectly equipped restaurant with access to a large swimming pool. The historic buildings, dating from 1843, have been preserved and modernised in Mallorcan style.

It is the municipal area with the largest geographical region on the island, and its history on record dates back to 1259. During the 20th century, it became increasingly popular for its shoe manufacturing, along with the services of its craftsmen dedicated to stone, wood, and ironwork, without forgetting its agricultural heritage of growing both almonds and apricots.
