Appartamento Con Balcone, Baixa

On the ground floor of Pedras Negras House, this two-bedroom apartment, one bedroom en suite, enjoys a dual aspect over Rua da Madalena and Rua das Pedras Negras. The living space combines an open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, opening onto a 6.6 sqm balcony, with ceiling heights reaching 4 metres that give the home a real sense of volume. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one private to the en-suite bedroom. The building has a courtyard with a swimming pool within the block. In the historic heart of Lisbon, next to the Cathedral, a few minutes’ walk from Terreiro do Paço and the river.
