Residenza Unifamiliare A Lihue

A beautifully designed and well maintained home in the heart of Lihue. This 2 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan house is conveniently located off Lala rd. across from Kauai High. Only a few short minutes to Costco and all your favorite stores, and a quick drive down the hill to Nawiliwili. The home was designed by the current and only owner, providing a simple yet functional flow. The home is fully insulated with a split ac system in the living room to help keep it cool during those hot summer days. Another major plus, the home is electrically wired for the on site generator which fully powers the house when power outages occur. The doors slide and open completely in the living room creating that sought after indoor/outdoor feel. The property on this side backs up to a nature preserve with the grove farm situated below, with a little tree trimming you could have an amazing view! Don’t miss out on this one!
