Set in peaceful, leafy surroundings in one of Le Rouret’s most sought-after residential areas, this contemporary villa, built in 2019, embodies the perfect combination of elegance, modernity and art de vivre. Designed with quality materials and high-end finishes, the property offers generous volumes bathed in light. The spacious living room, extended by a convivial dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opens onto the terrace and garden through large south-facing bay windows, offering a harmonious continuity between interior and exterior — without any overlooking. The villa comprises four superb suites, each with a shower room and toilets, dressing room or built-in cupboards, as well as a separate office, ideal for home working or a liberal profession. Built on 1,874 m² of carefully landscaped terraced land, the property extends to an exceptional relaxation area: a sumptuous 12x5 salted swimming pool, a spacious pool house, a garage and numerous parking spaces complete this property. A rare haven of peace, offering absolute comfort, ideal exposure and a preserved natural environment — just a few minutes from amenities and picturesque villages in the French Riviera countryside. Le Rouret is a small Provençal village in the Alpes-Maritimes, set in the hills of the arrière-pays between Grasse and Valbonne at roughly 350 metres elevation. The village retains a genuinely rural character, with stone architecture, a medieval core, and views across the Loup valley toward the coast. It sits within the Pays de Grasse, a landscape of olive groves, garrigue, and terraced hillsides that has remained largely unchanged despite its proximity to the Côte d’Azur.
The village has a weekly market and a handful of local restaurants. Valbonne, with its regular market, restaurants, and international schools including Mougins School and the International School of Sophia Antipolis, is approximately 10 minutes by car. Grasse, the world capital of perfume, is around 15 minutes. Sophia Antipolis, Europe’s largest technology park, is within 20 minutes.
Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 35 to 40 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, providing direct connections to most major European cities and intercontinental routes. Cannes is around 30 minutes by car, and Monaco is reachable in under an hour. The A8 also connects to the TGV network at Antibes and Nice, placing Paris within five and a half hours by rail.
