The original complex dates back to 1978 and is an authentic example of Lampedusa’s architecture and hospitality. The property was conceived and furnished like a home, with intimate spaces, natural materials, and areas designed for freedom and privacy.

In 2018, it underwent a major renovation focusing on the interiors and systems, preserving the architecture, existing volumes, and the identity of the island’s traditional dammusi. The project reinterpreted the property with a contemporary approach, turning it into a hospitality facility that offers guests the warmth of a Mediterranean home alongside resort services.

Today, the property combines the authentic character of Lampedusa with carefully curated interiors, selected furnishings, design elements, and large outdoor spaces facing the sea.

From the rooms, the view opens onto the Mediterranean. The proximity to the water, the independent layout of the dammusi, pergolas, and outdoor pathways create a private setting where each guest can enjoy their stay with autonomy and privacy.

The resort features 10 exclusive rooms with a total of 26 beds, all located on the ground floor and distributed among the characteristic dammusi. Seven are double rooms, while three consist of two rooms, a configuration especially suitable for families and longer stays.

The property also includes master spaces with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as areas dedicated to management and staff.

Additional facilities include dining and breakfast areas for guests, a fully equipped gym, a massage room, reception, laundry, and other service rooms.

The 2018 renovations also involved water, electrical, and air conditioning systems. High-efficiency energy systems, low-consumption lighting, and solar thermal panels for hot water production are present.

Outdoor spaces are an integral part of the property. Pergolas, walkways, Mediterranean vegetation, panoramic terraces, and relaxation areas connect the various dammusi and allow full enjoyment of the island’s landscape and climate.

The complex covers a plot of about 1,970 m² and includes approximately 725 m² of covered gross area plus about 938 m² of terraces and exclusive outdoor spaces. The indicative commercial surface is about 1,020 m².
