The villa on Quinta de Santa Teresa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and 1 bathroom. It has a pool with a surrounding area prepared for events, a machine house, storage, a barbecue, and a covered dining area. On Quinta de São João, the villa has 2 floors and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a small sitting room, and a garage. There is a pool with a leisure area, a barbecue, and a covered dining space. There are about 10 fruit trees, including pomegranate trees producing roughly one ton of fruit. The properties are fully fenced, and the access gates are electric with a video intercom system. Both houses are licensed as short-term rental (Alojamento Local).
