Execution Unit for the development of tourist developments and residential tourism (villas and apartments, tourist or residential, second or permanent home). This EU is approved with all the positive opinions. It allows the constitution of 6 plots for the same purpose. All plots have sea views. Located on the first line of the sea, on the south coast of the island of São Miguel, in the heart of the tourist area of Caloura, in the village of Água de Pau, which is one of the areas of greatest natural beauty in the Azores archipelago.
