Villa La Zenia

The property itself is situated on a very quiet road, each property having adequate privacy. On approaching the property you notice it has both a pedestrian gate and double gates for vehicles. Once inside the grounds the first thing that stands out is the generously sized swimming pool. Further up the path you will reach the steps up to the porch and reinforced entrance door. You can access the back of the property from the outside as the pathway leads all around. There is a driveway where up to 5 cars can park and leads to the garage with electric door. Stepping inside the property you will be taken aback at the abundantly sized lounge/diner, with working log burning fireplace. This room is very light and airy but most of all spacious. In the kitchen you will find a large integrated fridge/freezer with electric oven and electric hobs, the kitchen also has an exterior door leading to another small terrace and the BBQ area. Through from the kitchen/reception room, you will come to the downstairs bedroom/office with plenty of space for either 2 x single beds or a double. This room is currently being used as an office, This room has the utility area just off from it, the utility area has the washing machine, boiler and plenty of storage space for cleaning appliances etc. Going upstairs on the marble staircase you get to the landing and a patio door to the front facing balcony, here you have incredible panoramic views of La Zenia this is also where you will find the sun in the mornings. Both bedroom ½ are of a good size built in wardrobes and plenty of storage, both bright and sunny. Bedroom 3 the master bedroom is a large room with en-suite bathroom which features his and her sinks, bidet and enormous bath with Jacuzzi jets. This room has a patio door leading to a private balcony where you will find the sun in the afternoon. The family bathroom is fully tiled with bath and additional shower installed.

La Zenia is such a sought after location, ideally placed for easy access to fine restaurants, bars with live entertainment, excellent golf courses for the avid golfer and golden beaches for the sun worshipper or swimmer. 

For day trips out head north to the inland town of Elche famous for its palms or go south to the Mar Menor where the La Manga Club is located. The historic city of Murcia is not far and here there are a couple of good shopping malls. If you want history, nearby Rojales and Orihuela have old towns and cave houses.

Torrevieja is still very Spanish and has wonderful beaches and promenade just some of the interesting places to explore. Just 15 to 20 minutes to Murcia airport it is so easy for holiday makers to travel to. Or if you are living here full time not long to get to the airport to visit relatives in the UK or other European countries.
