Complesso DI Ville A Vounaria — Koroni

Perched on a hill at the edge of a picturesque village and with magnificent views over the countryside, sea and mountains, this beautiful boutique resort was built in 2012 with great attention to detail. Combining modern Cycladic and Peloponnesian architecture: white walls with a smattering of colour, bamboo-lined ceilings and flat roofs.
The resort is set on 4,600 m2 of land and comprises five independent bungalows, measuring 300 m2 in total, each with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, private patio and outdoor space as well as stunning sea views. The managers studio (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) adds an additional 38 m2 . The common areas include a large open lounge (The Sala), a bar, a reception area, two guest WCs, storage rooms and a large pergola, all overlooking the generous pool and with breath-taking views of the bay. All located within a short walk from the center of the village and 5 mins walk to a delightfully secluded sandy beach, yet surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, this exceptionally successful business is ready for immediate operation.
