Residenza Unifamiliare A Kerrville

A wonderfully inviting single level, Riverhill home that sits on almost an acre, located just off of Riverhill Blvd on Turnberry Circle, a secluded cul de sac. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with both a dining area between the kitchen and living room and a formal dining room that is currently being used as a den. The primary bedroom is ensuite with both a jetted tub and shower. All three of the guest bedrooms are full size and are located close to the full-size guest bath. A large back yard is custom fenced with a covered patio and a raised bed, garden area on the side of the home. A full size attached 2 car garage has direct entry into the kitchen area and an adjoining room that has been used as an office or storage. The front has been professionally xeriscaped with a wide variety of native plants and trees. This is a rare Riverhill home that offers quiet seclusion and enough room for family living.
