Una Vera Occasione Per Gli Amanti Degli Oggetti Storici Con Molto Fascino!

Kaprun is pure quality of life. Hiking, climbing, skiing, mountain biking, rafting, ice skating, swimming in Lake Zell. The Zell am See - Kaprun ski area is one of the most snow-sure regions in Austria and truly leaves nothing to be desired for sports enthusiasts. The Tauern SPA Zell am See Kaprun thermal baths attract guests from far beyond Austria’s borders.

A diverse gastronomy complements the sporting offerings, the region’s authenticity, and the unmistakable beauty of nature.

The house from the early 1950s is located a 5-minute walk from Kaprun town center and 30 meters from the local bus stop (ski bus), in a pleasant, quiet, old residential area.

The condition of the fully basement wooden log house is good, the roof structure is dry, and the durable metal roof is tight. Heating is currently provided by wood stoves and electric stoves.

On the charming property, there is also a small ”utility building” and a garage.

This delightful property must be seen, felt, and experienced.

If interested, we look forward to arranging a viewing appointment together!
