The property consists of 3 levels (single structure)
Ground Level consists of an entry, separate laundry and two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. These bedrooms open to their own large balcony. There is a marble staircase leading to the first level.
First Level consists of a single open area which has a large kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area opens to a large balcony which has sea views and looks to the island Anafi. The large balcony has a medium sized heated jacuzzi (about 3m X 3m).
The roof top is also accessible via the First Level balcony. It is a large, tiled area with majestic views and can be used for entertaining.
Basement is split into two separate and independent Sections. All rooms are well ventilated with an automatic venting system that brings fresh air in from outside and removes the stale air from inside.
Section 1 has 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open plan full sized kitchen and living room. There are steps leading into the courtyard. Only a room have window with direct natural ventilation.
Section 2 is part of the Main house and only accessible through the Main house and not from the courtyard. It has a very large bedroom (sleeps 4) with a bathroom. There is an additional large storeroom/workshop and a smaller room used to house plant and machinery for the cooling/heating equipment.
The entire building has a/c and radiator heating operating off a single central commercial Daiken unit. This unit also heats the water for the Jacuzzi.

The yard has a large landscaped open area used for parking and a small shed in the
corner. This open area is landscaped and has mature plants in the garden beds. 3 cars can comfortably park there with a maximum of 5 cars.
The property is surrounded by secure tall brick walls and has two double garage doors and two single pedestrian doors for access into the property from the street. These are secure doors.
