The result is this beautiful property with all the essence of authentic Ibizan country estates: thick walls, terracotta floors, Sabina wood ceilings, natural stone walls, a threshing floor where grain was once ground, a stone oven and some old rebuilt farmyards.

During the renovation, the property was also equipped with modern amenities such as gas central heating, double-glazed windows and fiberglass internet.
