It is important to note that currently, the dwelling cannot be expanded nor can a permanent swimming pool be built. The property allows for the renovation and enjoyment of the existing structures, preserving its traditional character. For those wishing for a bathing area, non-permanent solutions, such as an elevated or removable pool, could be considered, always subject to technical and regulatory verification.
