This villa was built in the 1970s, but when it met the second owner in ’87, it was completely renovated.
Then in 2016, the systems and bathrooms were updated, the roof replaced, windows changed, and floors polished.
It consists of 2 above-ground floors with a planted garden of 3400 sqm, partly flat and partly sloped, with a splendid view of the hills that makes you forget you’re at home.
