Ref. JOTOL - Agro di Savelletri, 5 minutes from the San Domenico Golf Course and the sea, in a pleasant area surrounded by centuries-old olive groves typical of this area. SANSONETTI Immobiliare, an agency established in 1978, offers for sale a plot of land with an approved project for the construction of a new ground-floor rural residence.
The ground floor has a covered area of ​​160 square meters, suitable for residential use, and a usable area of ​​110.52 square meters. It also includes a 25.20 square meter covered veranda and two rooms used as a heating and water system, with a total area of ​​14.70 square meters.

Along the north elevation, near the internal courtyard and near the main entrance to the house on the south elevation, there will be areas paved with local open-joint stone chianche to avoid creating impermeable areas, while the internal courtyard will be constructed with stabilized concrete. Furthermore, it should be noted that access to the land will be through an existing entrance, and a stabilized earth driveway will be constructed to reach the aforementioned courtyard, all as best shown in the attached project drawings.
All the remaining land will remain as it is today (soil).
