Masseria Fachechi is a so called Agriturismo offering 10 bedrooms, restaurant, garden with pool and has agricultural land of 18 hectares, mainly growing vegetables.

It is located about 8 minutes from Puglia’s Ionian coast with its beautiful scenery.

The Masseria is an ancient fortified structure from the first half of the 19th century in the heart of the Salento countryside, surrounded by olive groves, pastures and vegetable gardens. At one time the Masseria welcomed families of farmers who left home for months of farming work to devote themselves to the plantations. Today, after a careful restoration, the Masseria offers its guests all the peace and tranquillity that the Salento countryside can offer, promoting the flavours and traditions of this land.

The ancient stables that once sheltered the cattle have become four large bedroom suites of 20 sq. m. equipped with twin and single beds and with all comforts. Each with its own bathroom and independent access to the garden with private patio overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor is also one 2-bedroom apartment
On the first floor of the Masseria are two double bedrooms of 15 sq. m.

Inside the farm there is also the restaurant with the characteristic dining room where guests can taste local produce and admire the ancient work tools that furnish the room. Guests are also allowed the use of an additional kitchen with external barbecue to be able to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the terraced area.
In addition there is communal living space and TV room, as well as a large reception room.

To complete the splendid setting, the large gardens that once used as fences, now offer guests countless alternatives to spend hours of relaxation. A large lawn where you can sunbathe, a comfortable swimming pool where you can cool off in the hottest hours, a hammock lounge where you can rest in the shade of imposing eucalyptus trees.

In addition to the accommodation, the Masseria has a large barn used as storage for farming equipment, tools and all those things needed for active farming.

It would be possible to create additional accommodation and a change of use over current arrangement.
The current reception room could be made into an extra bedroom suite, and reuse part of the barn as a new reception room, games room, TV room, etc.
In the garden could be added facilities like mini golf, boule, darts, badminton, soccer field for kids, etc.
