Upon stepping onto the terrace, the leisure area and a second part of the house present themselves: sun-drenched, generous, and imposing. A stone staircase invites you to another level, where a second surprise is revealed—a second terrace, below the first, that serves as a hammock area.

While the house shows itself in layers, the sea is a constant presence. It unfolds before every room, framing the landscape with its vastness. Its sound is also there, accompanying every step, every pause. It’s as if the outside world distances itself, and nature becomes the true protagonist of this lifestyle.

Despite its generous size, the house doesn’t flaunt. The main body houses two suites, while the other four have independent, external access, creating the perfect combination of hospitality and privacy. It’s ideal for those who love to host without giving up their own refuge.

The master suite is an invitation to delight: a bathtub with a completely open view, a balcony, and a walk-in closet. A space to be, to linger, and to feel. The baths there are accompanied by the starry sky.

The square living room is like an embrace—welcoming and cozy, with a fireplace for cooler days. The everyday kitchen is practical and functional, but it’s in the rustic kitchen with its wood-fired stove, integrated with the dining room and with windows that open to the terrace, that the soul of the house ignites. The terrace features a barbecue, a large outdoor dining table, and a generous lounge—ready for both silent contemplation and large gatherings.

Pool, Hammock Area, and Sea: The Levels of Contemplation
On the pool level, lounge chairs and a lawn flank the infinity edge facing the sea. A charming gazebo and two suites occupy this same floor, just below the master suite. Further down, half a level below the main body, two other suites look out onto the hammock area. The red roof, visible from the sea, gives a singular touch to the composition.

And there’s even more: a game room, a gym, and access to the funicular, which leads to the private coastline. For those who prefer to walk, a gentle path through the greenery leads to the same destination.
