Property with around 50 hectares (rustic and social areas), called Quinta Fonte Água de Verão, is located in the central interior of the country, 1.5 km from the beautiful village of Ladoeiro, in the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova and district of Castelo Branco.

Access to the main entrance is via a rural, tarred road, connecting to Idanha-a-Nova, as well as one of the ends of the property, also with an entrance, is contiguous, at around 300 meters, with Estrada Nacional nº 240 (connection Castelo Branco
Termas de Monfortinho Spain) and, inside, it has several paths accessible to all types of vehicles, including cars.

The property is entirely crossed by a main irrigation channel, belonging to the hydro-agricultural network of the Campina de Idanha Irrigation Perimeter, which is made up of good quality soil, suitable for various types of crops, temporary and/or permanent, namely irrigation, with several underground pipes, with outlet nozzles, through which the irrigation water is raised to the land located in the upper part of said irrigation channel. There are also two wells supplied by the respective springs and three ponds (capacity for around 3000 m3 each) and four more smaller ones.

In terms of crops and soil, the property consists of approximately 14 ha with permanent irrigated meadows, 0.63 ha with traditional olive groves (Galega variety), approximately 15 ha with new olive groves (7 x 5 and Cobrançosa variety), with the remaining area made up of arable land, suitable for all types of arable, permanent and other crops adaptable to the region’s climatic conditions.
