La Tenuta Commemorativa

This estate brings French-inspired architecture to Houston’s prestige area. Encompassing 14,000 square feet, the eight-bedroom residence pairs a richly detailed façade and natural slate roof with formal gardens and a circular arrival drive.

Inside, intricate ceiling treatments, patterned marble floors and custom chandeliers establish a consistent language of craftsmanship. Expansive windows draw natural light into the principal rooms, while sculpted archways, sweeping curves and long sightlines connect spaces designed for both intimate gatherings and larger occasions. Two fireplaces anchor the formal living and entry areas.

A formal dining room, main kitchen, separate catering kitchen and butler’s pantry support gracious entertaining. The primary suite offers distinct dressing and bath areas, while additional bedroom suites, a game room with bar, media room and sauna provide settings for guests, recreation and retreat.

At the heart of the outdoor living spaces, an elongated pool and sculptural water features create a striking courtyard framed by the residence. Limestone terraces, covered dining and lounge areas, a full summer kitchen and upper-level balconies extend daily living outdoors. After sunset, integrated lighting reveals the architecture and gardens in a different light.

Created over approximately six years, the estate reflects a sustained commitment to custom design, substantial materials and carefully considered detail.
