Grimaud is one of the most respected addresses on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, a medieval hilltop village whose stone streets and 11th-century castle ruins look out over the Maures massif and the bay below. Unlike the coastal resorts that surround it, Grimaud has retained a genuinely Provençal character: weekly markets, working artisan shops, and a scale that remains human. Its reputation among serious buyers rests on this combination of architectural integrity, elevated position, and proximity to the coast without the seasonal congestion.

The village market runs on Thursdays. Cogolin and its well-regarded restaurants are five minutes by car. Port Grimaud, the purpose-built lagoon village, is a ten-minute drive and offers waterfront dining and direct boat access to Saint-Tropez. Saint-Tropez itself is approximately 15 minutes by road, with the Place des Lices market on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The nearest major transport hub is Toulon-Hyères Airport, roughly 60 kilometres west, with domestic and European connections. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 100 kilometres east, around 90 minutes by car, and serves a wide range of intercontinental routes. The TGV station at Les Arcs-Draguignan is around 30 kilometres north, connecting to Paris in approximately three and a half hours.
