This hotel, built about 8 years ago, more recently has added 12 more Villas in the same look and feel as this trendy hotel. The Villas are owned by private owners and are managed or can be rented out by the hotel management.

Although in the same style, all villas are different because the original owners could design the interior themselves. This is why Villa 6 is unique and well thought off. The suisse owners have given every details a lot of thought. They have over 10 years of experience with the construction of their first house in Melides, so were perfectly aware of all the comfort an Alentejo house needs. And, they have a taste that exceeds the original design of the other Villas.

The Villa is located 13 minutes by car from Grândola. From there it’s minimum 15 minutes to a variety of beaches and coastal towns to choose from, including Melides & Comporta. You are immersed in the most typical Alentejo Country side, some people compare it to an African landscape. Its endless views, cork & pine trees, dustroads and quiteness will bring you a unique peace of mind.

Villa 6 has 3 suites and a spacious livingroom with open plan kitchen. There is a powder room connected with the impressive foyer. All rooms have enough storage and, most importantly for cold days, a woodstove. Hot summer days are tackled with airconditioning in everyroom. The Energy Certificate resulted in the highest score, A+. All materials and finishings have been carefully selected by the owners. From the bedlinnen & towels, to the decorative pieces and artworks on the walls.

The view in the back is stunning and the pool is just that little bit bigger than the others. The footprint of the house is 143m2 in a 4000m2 plot. Here you can be deliciously spoiled with all the commodities the hotel management guarantees, as well rest assured of a firm return on investment through their rental operation.

Many furniture and design pieces (like the headboards of the beds) have been designed by the owner, who owned a Suisse design company and is a designer herself.
Most pieces were then produced in Portugal. This is one of the features that makes this Villa so unique. The dining Chairs and two wood tables are from MOR design, a leading local Portuguese design brand. The designer lamps are from top design brands like Sculptural big Vertigo from Petite Friture, Design (Constance Guisset) and Classic Flowerpots (Verner Panton) from AndTradition.

The house is sold including furniture and art. Bedlinen and towels are provided by the Hotel.
