REFERENCE 15620. Large house in the lower Albaicín, with a 220 m2 plot and 340 m2 built.
It is located on the south slope of the hill that gives the neighborhood its name, facing the La Sabica hill and therefore offering views of the Alhambra from two of the three building levels.
On level 0 (street level at San Juan de los Reyes), there is a spacious entrance hall with natural skylight, a marble replica of the Avellano pillar, a bedroom for a couple with an en-suite bathroom, and a garage with direct access to the main road. Beneath this garage (level -1) is an old cistern that was once connected to the Axaris irrigation channel, later called San Juan. By extension, the entire area was named after it.
This level also includes a cave (excavated into the aforementioned hillside) featuring a cellar, a bar with bottle storage and counter, and a well-equipped music listening room located underground.
On level 1, there are: - Two patios - Terrace with a lookout and views of the Alhambra and Generalife - Glass-enclosed gallery surrounding the main patio - Very spacious living room with two sections and a double-pitched attic roof, fireplace, large windows, and balcony facing the main street - Large attic-style kitchen and a half bathroom with laundry area - Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with an en-suite bathroom
On level 2, there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes, two large windows with expansive views of the Alhambra, and a balcony overlooking Cerro del Sol and Generalife.
There is an additional upper level (3) consisting of a small lookout with full panoramic views of the entire Nasrid monumental complex and the rest of the Albaicín behind it.
Also noteworthy for its privileged location are its proximity to Sacromonte, the rest of Albaicín, Paseo del Avellano, Paseo de los Tristes, and the lower boundary of the Alhambra.
