When it passed into the hands of the current owners, in 1985, the house was subjected to laborious renovations works that have brought to light about 500 sq m of frescoes of the ’700, the work of Pietro Mazzoccoli, who on behalf of the Marquis Nerli embellished the forty rooms of the residence. The property is not only adorned with frescoes but also by domes, high coffered ceilings, niches and fountains. The building lends itself perfectly to receive important events and luxurious and exclusive ceremonies. Externally, the estate is accompanied by a magnificent garden that welcomes guests along a long driveway to then arrive at the entrance of the property.
