Located in the Santa Luzia area, the Lodge | Torrinha benefits from a privileged location, close to the city center. The development consists of 106 apartments spread over two six-storey buildings, with typologies T1, T2 and T3. All units have balconies and flower boxes, and some also include terraces, private gardens and panoramic views over the bay of Funchal.

The apartments are designed to provide functionality and comfort, with fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms, pre-installation of air conditioning and en-suite bedrooms.

The architectural project is signed by the RH+ Arquitetos studio, recognized for its contemporary and functional approach, while the construction is in charge of AFAVIAS, ensuring high quality standards in all phases of the development.
