The monastery is located in an urban area. The orchards belonging to it are part of the same registry unit and can be developed into housing, both multi-story and single-family attached or detached homes, with one or two additional floors under the roof above ground level. Its urban classification is non-consolidated urban, although about 500 m2 is classified as consolidated urban.
