Villa

La Capellania is a well-established residential enclave set on the hillside above Benalmadena, positioned between the coastal strip of the Costa del Sol and the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. The area is known for its elevated plots, generous villa architecture, and unobstructed views across the Bay of Fuengirola toward the Mediterranean. Its position above the coastal noise gives it a distinct residential character, quieter and more private than the resort towns below, while remaining firmly connected to them.

The commercial centre of Benalmadena Pueblo is a short drive uphill, while the marina at Benalmadena Costa and the seafront promenade at Fuengirola are both reachable in under ten minutes by car. The Carrefour at Arroyo de la Miel covers daily shopping, and the area has a solid range of restaurants serving both local and international clientele.

Arroyo de la Miel station, served by the Cercanias C1 line, connects to Malaga city centre in approximately 35 minutes and to Fuengirola in around 10 minutes. Malaga Airport is roughly 20 kilometres from La Capellania, a drive of 20 to 25 minutes via the A-7 coastal motorway. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities, making this location practical for frequent travellers.
