Forest I Altitudine Cent

In Forest, just a stone’s throw from Altitude Cent, a Brussels house dating from 1940, fully renovated in 2021 by the architectural duo Leonet-Hoang, inspired by Luis Barragán’s house-studio in Mexico City and its characteristic warm atmosphere with its play of light.

The entrance hall leads to the living areas: lounge, dining room and kitchen with central island, opening out onto the terrace and garden. The floors are made of polished concrete and painted tiles. The kitchen worktop is in red Iranian travertine. The first floor features an en-suite bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a double shower room with a vanity unit in red Iranian travertine, and a separate toilet. A study completes this floor. The floors are covered with wooden flooring, coloured carpet or painted tiles. On the second floor: two bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine (study or storage space), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the basement: spacious cellars, a toilet and utility rooms.

Other features: Alarm system, compliant electrical installation, gas heating, rainwater cistern, aluminium window frames (rear façade), timber (front façade), numerous cellars, EPC E.

L’Altitude Cent is a pleasant neighbourhood ideally situated close to public transport and local shops, and not far from a park. Easy access to the city centre, as well as to Uccle and Ixelles. Numerous crèches nearby.
